Maybe another helpful approach by the Fed Government might be to consider reallocating its Overseas Aid Budget to assist developing countries like Cameroon to develop the required transport & energy infrastructure to become self sufficient longer term because of projects like SDL offers? That would not only fulfill Australias overseas aid mission, but also indirectly impact upon the questionable strategies of BHO & RIO without need for costly & lengthy official reviews.
