I think what worry with "unlimited debt ceiling until Jan 2025" is how private could be attracted to finance about 1TB new TBills issuance this year as RRP is not that easy to finance the new issuance. :S Therefore it's not surprising to see some dump from major big ones, risky assets, fuel-ed also by QT and running deficit. Perhaps the condition in near term might be still okay, but the risk of that in long term is quite high. :S
