Sounded like you got a little worked up there mate, no offence intended!
Of course people can form their own opinions and discuss the possibility of a takeover. And your reasons listed to argue the case for a takeover are true, as were the reasons mentioned by others 10 years ago, 5 years ago and 3 years ago when takeover talk was spoken of.
All I'm saying is, it comes up so often and takes up a lot of discussion time, I think because a lot of people love the idea of a takeover and receiving a significant premium. They then say no way to a 30c over, nearly 500% above the current market price, makes me laugh. I personally believe APG is worth well more than 30c, but then again, how much are we going to get when being taken over when the stock is 7c! 30c is nearly 500% more!
Anyway, nobody knows what will happen, should be interesting!
