You would have to think BHP will snap up APG.
I heard they were happy to fund and let APG get the process's right - which has now occurred. Perhaps they learned from the HBI Project where the pain continues now with the ATO - from an article in Dec 2007;

They could pick up APG for maybe 30c a share. a lot of holders might take that. So the question is when might BHP make its move?
