    yay they get hopes approval and get cracking, bhp and caz get to work on shovelanna, revenue for the state best economic use of infastructure..etc seems so simple. so why is it taking so long!! :(

    Is it possible its being delayed so a party or parties related to RIo can accumulate a stake in caz to potentially reimburse thier jv partner they shafted by being slack??
