Yes thanks for the info. and I now understand that it is COP who are claiming the confidentiality, or is it both COP and WPL?. It seems to be looking a bit messy and I guess it would have to be tested in a court to see whether the whole deal would be void should they refuse to release the pertinent info to FAR or just the clause as it relates to the PE information requirement. As other posters have said, hopefully they will get it sorted amicably.
