Cheers Ooo I agree, if FAR do have backers and that is almost a certainty as they couldn't PE on their own anyway, then I would agree with those Chinese whisperers in that they would want the lot. That is unlikely to be sorted amicably IMO....so arbitration would be a certainty and indeed it would then likely to be all or nothing..
In the unlikely event FAR were bluffing then a leg of Elephant would be a very nice reward for that game of poker...
