    i'd prefer umc come onto market asap with the bhp offer, then im sure we can wait for the chinese to counter, why stay in a halt for so long, come out and provide us with the facts and then we can decide to sell, buy more which im looking to do, why stay in a halt?? negotiations can still continue once we know there is a bid
