It has a lot to do with Magnum. In terms of the takeover date by BHP on Anglo American, they have until the 22nd of May to say yes or no. Subject to what was in the emails sent to me, plus what I read over Wed / Thur, the offer price per share is more than the listed price. You would be foolish to not say yes. If I held Anglo, I would say yes.!!

As there has been no deal signed yet for the BV offtake, it raises the question of "what if".???
If Anglo gets swallowed, who steps up for the offtake and does Magnum panic and accept.
Or does Anglo get swallowed and we then deal with BHP, (subject to a deal being accepted by Magnum with Anglo).
