how can any work be done on a tenement of known uranium reserves when its against current govt policy
and i spose bhp could claim that it has only just received the land thro the takeover and therefore cant be held responsible for any (in)action prior to the sale.
i dont think that that claim of no work for 20 years is viable. maybe can if wmr still held it
