PMA have got a snowflakes chance in hell of succeeding with the Yeelerie claim.
BHP have had the lease for less than a year after the formal conclusion of the takeover... if ever there was room for "ministers discretion"... then this would be it.
Besides... PMA's claim that "BHP" have not acted in 20 years in technically incorrect and dismissable, as they have only had the lease for less than a year.
