Quiet lurker/shareholder here, i am unsure if any of the members/shareholders are aware, BHP next round of drilling results from the monster Oak Dam discovery are due in the June quarter, and this is now. This article is dated Feb 18 2020, and i'm expecting something quite special from this round of results

This is of major interesting, the timing of these drill results, and what they could mean for CHK . These are major smoke signals that

I am not sure about anyone here, but the opportunity that presents is a potential life changer for us and CHK.

I am holding my shares very tight for these results.What we do know, the last round produced the best ever Cu drill hit in the past 10 years.

"BHP announced in November 2018 it had made a huge copper/gold discovery at Oak Dam West, 65km south of its Olympic Dam operation.It told the ASX this morning that the third phase of drilling at Oak Dam was underway with completion expected in the June quarter"


"Carrapateena was acquired by Oz in 2011 for $US250 million with $US50 million to be paid on first copper production. Late last year Oz finally pushed the button on a $916 development of the deposit that will host a 65,000 tonnes a year copper mine that will also ship out 67,000oz of gold. Production is due to start in 2019 and to endure for at least 20 years.Key intersectionOK, so there is some context. Now, let's take a look at what the Olympic Dam exploration team recovered from AD-23 at Oak Dam West.The hole offered up 425.7 metres of 3.04 per cent copper with that same intersection producing 0.59 g/t of gold, 6.03 g/t of silver and 346 parts per million (PPM) of uranium. Within that intersection there was a distinct 180-metre zone that is 6.07 per cent copper, 0.92 g/t of gold, 12.77 per cent silver and 401 PPM uranium. But, overall, the grades are richer that Gomez's baby and the key intersection is more than six times longer."
