I agree in general with your comments regarding BFC.
As for being a price taker like miners for instance, I would disagree. BFC are attempting to position their products at the premium end of the food market or deferentiate with an offering such as 'Low Sodium Cheese'
Time will tell how successful they will be.
While excited by the potential BFC offer, I will not be investing until they have traded for a period & we have seen some financials released. To my mind they are a speculative buy at best.
