People say BHP is cheap because its sitting on a PE of 11, ok fair enough, its PE 11 FOR NOW, if BHP issue a profit warning, you know because IO and Oil prices are crashing and Copper prices arnt too flash either, next earning report when these commodity prices are used BHP earning could fall 20-30% and the PE will be up to 15+ and it will look fair value at $28, and $22 will look cheap.
