hard to say, but it seem that mnr, would like to increase their holding in the joint venture. maybe bhp, have determined that whatever there is, it maybe too small for them to be involved. with 25m shares on issue,a nd 6m in cash, plus a share of a promising deposit, then it may be one for the speculative punters.
