Nope, DYOR, this is the UK class action suit which is over and above the settlement in Brazil. BHP claims this to be superfluous but it is a separate one.
From Oct 7, the Courts will decide over a 2-3 week period if the case against BHP is justified and if so it moves into another period and session to determine compo amount for all the 700k claimants.
