Australia is fast becoming so un-important in the scheme of economics. I have never known Australia to be in such a bad way economically. Its fair to say the left wing thesis simply never works in Australia. Even with the new ALU initiatives, we will still be behind in a number of magnitudes. I think Australia will always be an old economy.
