Going with the either
1) They are short and now feeling pain (good).
2) Works for some instothief and its their job to spread FUD or something.
As you say why waste time on something that dont even hold.
HC needs to step up and ban this kind of FUD though, the trend is the user does this on lots of other stocks too, its very blatant and clearly has no backing. Only ever see them banning ramping, never downramp, which on HC part is not good enough. Cant even call them out either as HC pc much.
