    All too true, if employees want a share in the profit/ loss pay them in equity (shares in the co.) they can then decide to cash in shares if they need to pay the bills or buy food this week, or hold them. But if they go down and you need food you'll get less. Become stakeholders!

    Alternately pass it all to the state and get a basic wage enough to put food on the table because no-one is better than anyone else under that system - namely communism. And owning property is considered theft! No second investment houses, no loans, no debts just a basic universal income to feed yourself for your hours of work. We do have a government heading in that direction.
