If he gave a 2+ year advance warning, then the argument would be different. But he's literally applied these overnight (just about), allowing supply chains no opportunity to diversify or even consider establishing a USA manufacturing presence.

I'll be looking to buy BHP on further drops. Given the China 104% tariff news, that seems likely.
Trump still hasn't announced Russian tariffs. Some people need to open their eyes.
