    He's not wrong for tariffing Australia? The most reliable of USA partners, for whom we don't have a tariff with ourselves. I can understand the desire for the USA to look at tariffs. But what the orange man done is outright stupid and criminal. He posted "this is a good buying opportunity" on his soclai media 4 hours before he announced the tariff pause. He should be in jail.

    Honestly, I hope Australia can distance itself from the USA. It's an absolute mess of a country and it's time we stand on our own feet. The AUKUS submarine deal is single handedly the worst political move in my lifetime. Destroying our relationship with France to appease daddy USA, only to spend billions upon billions upon billions to 'buy' a handful of submarines in a couple of decade's time - when we have a whole bunch of more important issues that the country should be dealing with.

    Trump's lifting auto-tariffs apparently. The market manipulation continues. Good for BHP, however. Well done to those who capitalised on the panic.
