    Last year on this day BHP was trading at $43.20 it's come down a lot since then and the trend continues to be lower. Maybe the ESG is finally having an effect on the bottom line, having sold off oil and gas that was in effect a counter cyclical to iron ore now there is no offset. Copper being the front runner for future revenue hasn't really been seen as a saviour as the climate zealots are losing steam in rebuilding the worlds renewable infrastructure. But it is a longer term stock so the cycle may turn eventually.
