Not sure about that Henry - have you followed the saga of CHK's T/O offer for the neighbour's land. Could be strife for someone IMO.
But if CHK's DD1 discovers the feeder zone (which is their target) then every scrap of adjacent land could hold an economic deposit, which is found simply by following the fluids out.
Most exciting play for a long time. Maybe even the biggest 10 mil capper ever. Or the thickest dud !!
