Reckon the big hedge funds may play with it twice (knocking it down a tad) over coming weeks. The production report early this week, then the quarterly with more financial guidance later on. Did the same thing last year on each occasssion.
Both are buying opportunities IMO.
Copper may be off a bit (a la RIO-the Escondida strike), and coal deliveries off Newcastle have been slow, but the rest of the book (Ravensthorpe aside) should be fantastic.
And they continue their capital management program, buying back their own shares-should not this also reflect a degree of confidence in one's self?LOL
Would not surprise to see it hit last years highs by about the same time as last year.
