Accumulator ends up with 20% of the company at an average buy price of $1.00 if they can hide it by holding the shares in different names.They then have to make a take over offer and offer $1.50 to THX,Management and share holders and make it look like we are getting 50% per share more than the market price.
They then end up getting the company for about $1.42 per share.
