From my understanding FRS would join to BHPs spur line in Jimblebar requiring about 35kms of rail line. That wouldnt be insurmountable based on their DSO product.
I havnt held FRS for over 12 months so westcott would be the best person to comment on the viability of FRS given certain haulage scenarios.
Most certainly BRM is in the prime location to benefit from BHPs hand being forced. Luckily we do have other options given the scale of Marillana but a deal with BHP would propel the SP into the stratosphere! And I dont believe Im exaggerating that fact.
