Should also point out that the Port presents the next potential bottleneck. It is stated to have 50MTPA capacity, and it is no coincidence that BRM has set a 17MTPA goal given that this capacity is planned to be shared by 3. If there is an agreement to split it equally then BRM has some further negotiations to do with AGO and FRS if it wants to grow its capacity. Of course if it has its own rail line to barter with ..... :)
