They've put in a 1M block in at 1.80 so maybe that's the short term target. Personally I think it will go much lower. State Street are professionals at short selling stock in companies that don't have higher price expectations in the short term. The word economies are not risk tolerant at the moment and can't see any major cashed up entities wanting to fund such a large investment into possible revenue foreseen in a few years time. CHN's timeline is aimed at getting things moving in 2025/2026 if they can find enough capital to remove what is in the ground at a reasonable cost.
