BHP see troubled waters ahead, page-10

I don't need to have any direct shareholding in BHP to have a stake in both its business and rewards it continues to give Shareholders and to ATO. As a citizen of Australia, we need BHP to remain strong and to prosper, however when a BOD of not only BHP but some of our banks start to reject lending to coal companies because they want to be seen as Green friendly, then I need to question their ability to have the balls to continue managing their companies into the future. When a BOD starts to look weak then it signals a loss of confidence and a potential takeover opportunity.
