Funny how markets value companies.... Using your analogy, I estimate BHP to be priced somewhere near $20. This number has been brandished around HC for some time, so I am not the first to come up with $20 (no blame)…. However, as a bull looking for a place to invest/trade BHP is Golden (Barry you didn’t mention the price of Gold).
Anyhow, the market is now setup for a precipitous fall. We may compare it to the fall of Nov 08. The fear that is bourne off these falls has not materialized and it has to be endured for the market to move forward as we are at a significant point/low. IMHO. We may see this fall eventuate within a few trading sessions….
Bottom line: No Pain no Gain. (That’s the way I see it. Hence, I am changing my sentiment indication from Hold to None).
