Outlook doesn't look to pretty and with such a cut in the divy BHP will lose a large number of yeild investors who are no longer getting value for money with BHP's low yields/divy.
Insto's, super funds Etc won't be hanging around with that small divy going forward that's for sure.
Just my opinion.
