The lower capex intensity of salt lake SOP operations at below $1,000 per ton versus over $2,000 per ton for underground mines with lower priced MOP is an enormous positive . SOP's trading at $1,000 a ton in Australia revenues will cover capex in one year, profits in two or three. The potential for salt lake SOP production is one of the few bright spots for the Australian mining industry but this story still isn't out there.
In the latest Karly announcement anyone know why the brine analysis table starts at 18 - 30 meters after already stating the static water level averages 4-5 meters from surface? Why not have the results from the static water level?
