Notwithstanding the commodities downturn, this company has been on a downhill trend under Jac's watch. Literally wasted billions on an ill conceived, over ambitious "merger"with RIO which was never going to come to fruition. Made really bad and overly optimistic forecasts for the commodities boom to last longer than it has. I have been with BHP for decades, I am disappointed to say the least at management's performance.
