There needs to be deep dive using data analytics on the financial support BHP has contributed to Australia for the past 140 years. Think of the historic buildings hospitals universities infrastructure railways schools Sydney Harbour Bridge the list is endless. Government has relied on mining companies and rural exports take all of it away the country would already be impoverished there would not have been any money r to create wealth IMO
