So the govt has to tax the companies to get money for the aged pension invalid pension health bureaucracies child care companies NDIS entrepreneurs lawyers and other parasites. Australia needs to build houses but guess what people do not want to do jobs like plumbing backhoe operator or the any sweaty construction job as they get more money as NDIS provider or some other rort, so there are not enough people to build hoses so there is always a shortage of houses so the price keeps going up. Immigration stays high so there are too many renters so rents are high and more houses are needed but there are not enough people who want to do that so of work etc and the circle goes on and on.
