It IS, but BHP has done it before. Years back now, they had a furnace explode at their Port Hedland pellet (or briquette?) plant, a huge plant costing squillions, that resulted in some deaths.
They finished up closing it down permanently after hassles with the unions and Worksafe.
I note Joe McDonald is involved already.
Deaths are sad & tragic, but who can guarantee a completely safe workplace?
A dump truck drove over an employee in a small vehicle.
Such vehicles have been banned from the area where the big toys operate because of previous similar accidents.
If someone breached the regulations by driving in where he wasnt supposed to be, what can you do?
30 years ago I drove over a Ford F-100 with a large fully-loaded Cat scraper- luckilly it was unnoccupied -some one had parked it on my blind side where I couldnt see it.
It should not have been in the area.
