Hi Team, Just wanting to confirm my understanding that if BHP takes over Oz Minerals that Caspin is entitled to up to $20 million. "Under the agreement, Caspin can also receive an addition cash payment of up to $20 million if OZ Minerals sells west Musgrave in the future."
Would have thought we might see a spike in or share price if the takeover of Oz Minerals is successful and we receive the @20 million.
