    New board, new ceo,new cfo, new name-Prominent Mining perhaps.Downsize and relocate offices,performance based salaries,no Hegarty like golden handshake for Michael Moron,no empire building egomaniacs as replacements and with long mine life at PH the sky could be the limit.
