why all the speculation about the BHP takeover? Just because they have shown interest by signing a preliminary agreement does not mean this is on the cards. By the way APG have not proven that they can deliver yet either so this could all be a speccy bubble. I'm in so I'm hoping its not the case however I just wish there were more indepedent views on the stock instead of all the positive hype which has no significant basis at this stage. If you know more - fill me in.
