Yeah but next year there will still be around 150M tons of new supply coming on stream & that's not including Roy Hill which will ramp up to a further 55M tons in 2016 and at very cheap costs.

Sure some production will be cut, but so will consumption according to the above.
China might cut production, may not to as it provides jobs.
