Would it be possible for BHP to be a bulk buyer of caz shares when the get dumped, launch a bid for caz and then fund the appeal against rio for the disputed area??? Sounds far fetched but if Caz position is as strong as a lot here say, why wouldnt BHP,who sighned an offtake agreement with caz for tonneage, dip there toes into the water for a look???
