    CLARIFICATION
    Further to the Company's announcement earlier today, the Company confirms it will not be required to
    dispose of the securities it holds in Phosphate Australia Limited as part of the restructure and
    disposition of certain of its assets agreed with BHP Billiton, as those securities are escrowed until 1
    July 2010.
