I think that the cost would be alot greater than 6-$700 milion, i think FMG spent well over $2 billion which im sure includes port facilities.
If in fact your estimate of $700 million is correct BRM should not mess around and pull the trigger promtly on this idea, as you say the project costs will be repaid very quick.
Because of the sheer size of Marillana we should have a few more options
