Agreed, operating HQ in Melbourne (one of the most costly cities in the world-and getting more expensive) is costly & redundant. Move to Perth global HQ. Get Perth commercial real estate on the cheap (and getting cheaper) & cash in on the Melbourne property while it's inflated.
...& Perth could use a boost about now...WA would probably throw huge incentives their way...
