Some observations about USA, where the Dow appears nervous about holding the 9000 level.
BHP USA has popped the upper bollinger band, indicating a reversal from tomorrow -- sideways at best, or heading down to perhaps meet the 9-day moving average (green line) at around $43.
Stochastic has topped and will usually turn down from this level.
The average directional movement index (second-bottom, white line) shows the rebound from November low has been very weak.
But if the uptrend is to continue (after a brief spell), and it probably will, fib levels suggest $US52 and $55 or all the way up to September high at $65.
