    Very interesting.

    BHP must be thinking it's a pretty good way to assess your workforce, identify and get rid of those who are unable to assess information and make rational decisions based on that information.

    Being BHP I'm guessing they would have had an army of lawyers vet this decision to make sure it is 100% legal.
