I did read Terry's piece. Didn't make much sense to me, particularly the "kick in the teeth" bit. My view is the opposite tbh.
But then again I'm not a degreed economist, currently live in Singapore and have a fairly global view of things having left Australia (the country of my heritage and birth) lived and worked on 4 continents since 1990.
