I guess everyone now realises that the last CEO had few clothes on (probably as many clothes on the desk, as on the body, apologies to the Emperor), but he got $20m for it, and is happy and realaxed (a Liberal arty phrase).
The new guy isn't so new, but be interesting to see how he performs.
The Pilbara is unique in terms of printing money. The Board of BHP has always proved itself to be a lot less predictable no matter how much they get paid.
Money is in the ground. Not in the board. Its in the Pilbara, and there is a bit in the Petroleum business
Lets all keep a tidy desk...less we forget.
