Qtl- green alert to 6+

Since my last post, qtl looks like it is consolidating ready for run above 6cents. There has been suggestion of 10cents. From another I have pasted below some other positive views. Heard that maybe good announcement coming through in the next week.

QTL
QTL has been quite a topic of conversation over the last month with some potential big upside gains.

Technically
We have been monitoring this stock very closely and it has moved up on good volume from 3c to 4.5c. Massive increase in trading volume accompanied by a clustering and subsequent upside reversal of weekly momentum indicators suggest QTL will now begin to rally

Fundamentally
Quadtel is a distributor of computer software and hardware products via arrangements with several major international and Australian organisations. Quadtel currently supplies products to over 1200 customers, including some of Australia's premier retailers and Australia's largest ISP's. These operations provide a consistent strong income stream and cash flows for the company's growth. The company justifies investor interest on these operations alone however has business relationships in China including a 7.5% equity interest and supply agreement in Ningbo GWT Network Communications Co. Ltd (GWT). GWT is a 100% Chinese incorporated wholly owned Foreign Company, that is in a joint venture with Ji-tong, a dominant national carrier.

There are rumours in the market that QTL will make a small profit this year and that their overseas business relationships will significantly increase their revenue stream and directly increase bottom line profits for 2002\03. Therefore, we are recommending all clients allocate a small portion of their portfolio holdings in QTL.

Buy QTL @ 4.3 - 4.5 cents
Stop Loss @ 3 cents

Looking to hold this stock until June 30. We are risking 1.5 cents (33% of the trade) however we are looking for this stock to move up towards 8c. The company has also issued options with an exercise price of 10c (that is where long-term investors in the company are anticipating this stock can run to).
