Just cos they sell shale dies not mean they don' have a very significant oil division...bit I believe it will be all offshore .
Article in smh.. 10billion u.s. offered for shale by b.p...guess I was hoping for more! But I don't really know values.. but think bhp being lazy wanting to sell all in one package.
Jaegger certainly cost them a pretty penny. I think I stated my suspiscion at the time..all the board has to do 19 out of 20 times is say "no" to bright ideas from executives to spend shareholders money...maybe in bhp's case when it comes to anything new and not an existing operation, it should be "no" 99 out of 100 times
